Payment & Escrow FAQ

When an auction ends and you're the winning bidder, your payment is securely processed and held by Elite Cattle Auction. The funds are only released to the seller after **both you and the seller have confirmed** that delivery/pickup is complete. This protects the buyer from non-delivery and protects the seller from fraudulent claims.

We accept major Credit Cards for most transactions and Bank Wire Transfers for larger purchases. Available options are presented at checkout based on the final sale price.

Absolutely. All online payments are processed by Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider. Your sensitive payment information is sent directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.

After the buyer's payment is secured, and both you and the buyer have confirmed delivery is complete, your payout becomes ready for processing. Our administrative team typically processes payouts within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
